Zhang Meng was born in Tangshan in 1972 and graduated from Print Department of Tianjin Academy of Arts。Now he is Director and an associate professor of Image Art Department of Tianjin Academy of Arts。His works，blurring the line between new medium art and painting，are exhibited in many important art institutes in Germany，America，Japan，Canada，etc。He tries to elaborate the relationship between ‘time and space’in current China and was invited to Kobe Biennial for two times。His works are collected by cultural institutes and private collectors.
